Federation Fleet tries to focus on aligning its fleet compositions with the alliance as closely as possible. Right now, our most heavily used fleets are Tengu, Nano/Shield BC, BLOPS, and Nano gangs. As you can tell, the focus is around tactics that allow us to leverage a smaller amount of pilots for maximum effectiveness in combating other fleets. When are fleets? When can I kill **!? Fleets are scheduled around the clock, during all hours of your wasted life. We are very fortunate to have a dedicated alliance that focuses on dumpstering as many others as possible. What is the corp culture like? Federation Fleet is very close-knit. The majority of the corporation are older, working adults. Our comms are filled with the constant melody of bullshit; until it comes time for the roam. We welcome pilots interested in what we do, so long as they are bearable to be around. How do ship reimbursements work? You fly the fits we tell you to, follow the FC's directions, and when you die - you send the corp reimbursement officers a mail, and within 24hr you will have your loss reimbursed. Reimbursement policy is variable depending on fund availbility, but we current reimburse all of our comps at 100% (factoring in insurance). How is your space? We currently live in Scalding Pass & Wicked Creek (Angel rats, ** yeah ISK). It is a big pain in the *** ass to get to, but we've got fantastic logistics, so you will be supported. The PVP is prime due to a lack of blues and variety of regions close by. Does Federation Fleet have an indy wing? Federation Fleet does not have an internal indy wing. We instead have a separate corporation dedicated to industrial operations. How do I join?** Ask for an interview in our public channel "MEAN MACHINE". An officer will talk with you. You will be required to submit a FULL ACCOUNT API WITH ALL PERMISSIONS ENABLED for an investigation before we bring you aboard. This is non-negotiable.
